"First time and wont go back. I should have known when I called and they rushed thru my appt information. The guy who answered the phone didn't even take my number just said ok see you tomorrow. I walk in and it's kind of busy. I inform them that have a 130 appt. A lady tells me to pick my colors. Not even 2 minutes later a man tells me that he has my chair ready. I told him I want shellac but I didn't get to finish my sentence that I wanted regular polish on my toes until he had already shuffled me toward the chair. They dont use the one time bags and I didn't see him open a new package of utensils. I asked about that and he said dont worry I got you. Looking around I didn't see any of them clean the basins with cleaning products. They wiped the basins with water and the towels that they had used on the customer. The manicurist " nancy" rushed thru my manicure, left huge humps of shellac on my nails and didn't cover each nail in the corner with polish. To top it off I spent 80 dollars to be rushed and end up unhappy with my pedicure and manicure."
