"0 stars if I could. The pharmacy told my doctors office that they cant call in prescriptions and to fax them in anything. What pharmacy restricts that option? Now that they faxed it in they didn’t even bother to check there faxed pile I had to ask because I was immediately told they had nothing in. Also that they had to verify it with my Doctors office which would take 40 mins! The point of “calling in” or “faxing” is for patients to go in and just pick it up. Not wait another 15 min because “it was just called in” or “40 mins to verify”."

"I went to this Randalls Pharmacy this morning and there were 2 people inside the pharmacy and no other customer. I asked them to check whether or not the RSV shot was covered by my insurance and the male staff said that he could not do it and that I had to complete the paperwork. I told him that you could check on it because I was a pharmacist myself as well and that was when the other person, I believed, the pharmacist came to do it. The point was there was no other customer except me and checking on a paid claim could be done easily in a few minutes but the staff refused to do it."

"This past Sunday I came way out of my way looking for a specific product listed as in stock online but I couldn't find in store. I asked a manager (shorter guy, blue shirt) to see if he could check if it was in stock and he asked me if I looked for it. When I told him I did and couldn't find it he rudely told me "then we dont have it" and ended the conversation like that. I found out today that the product is INDEED in stock and was in the clearance section, so now I have to travel 40 minutes downtown AGAIN because the manager didn't want to look up to see if a product was in stock for me. He seemed more concerned with getting his food, could have saved me the trip."

"This store is a great go-to for lunch. The deli is great and Francisca is always super helpful. Tarita at the Starbucks booth is always friendly and attentive. Ashley at the self checkout is always smiling and offers to help. Great place to shop for the best deals."
