"Came to get some drinks for husband. Used a lottery scratch off to pay it. The clerk, Traneicia, was rude, informed me I should've told her first that I was using a lotto scratch off when I went to pay for drinks. I didn't have barcode on ticket scratched off, was told that I needed to step to the side and scratch it off while she went on to help other people. Seriously? This is the best they got for customer service?!! I've done this type of thing before with other gas stations, and no one has ever given me attitude like this. I've even worked in customer service for over 10yrs and I've never treated anyone with this kind of attitude...."
