"This is very sad to write. I was a customer at this location for a very long time. Up until Sunday 1/7/24. I was in the self check out. When I noticed your customer service rep I think the manager called her Cynthia was intimidating the young security guard and her family members. I'm assuming that was her mother talking to the other manager on .The woman manager was also making light of the situation as i observed her giggling and joking with the customer service rep.Well next thing you know a fight broke out between the customer service rep and the young girl family member. As I approached the mother and asked what happened the mother explained that this young lady Cynthia and her friends have been picking with her daughter and that the girl Cynthia cousin and her daughter actually had a fight on Halloween. Today the girl Cynthia threatened her daughter while she was standing at Starbucks ( mother)to call her cousin up to randles to beat up the security guard again. If this is the type of employee you have working for this company is so sad. Ppl come to work and shouldn't have to fear of retaliation. That's how work place shooting occur.If I was your company I would reconsider this young girls employment with you. She could be potentially putting ppls lives at risk."
"I shop here often because it’s close to my home, however, the Starbucks employee with the green hair is extremely rude and greets people by saying “sup” and always makes it seem like the customer is being a pest. Never had any issues with the store employees but definitely won’t be using the in-store Starbucks anymore."

"Pharmacy here is amazing. They are unfailingly kind, helpful and patient. They clearly care about helping their customers and exemplify what a pharmacist (or pharmacy tech) can be! They don't always have the meds but they work hard to get them for you and communicate expectations clearly."
"One of the best locations I’ve ever been to. I was in and out multiple times as I had to pick up some stuff for my event. The staff was very friendly and help me find stuff quick.
