"Not super happy with my nails they tried I guess… First I called and she didn’t mention there was a wait which is fine but when I come in she says okay no direction to sit down; or pointing me to the color section she just walked away. Second I told the lady doing my nails that one of them were crooked and she told me to be patient and when I asked to push back and cut my cuticles she said after she put my tips on… I wanted them pushed back and filed so I couldn’t push them back with the tips on and have enough space for a fill but Okay fine it came out crooked still after her shaping and file and I can still push my cuticles back & have enough space for a fill. The only accommodating person was the guy that was running around who tried to fix it. Compared to my other nails it’s a blob. Probably won’t come back since I paid $93 for ugly nails. I had a flight and I had been there dang near 3 hours so I just was over it."

"I was sick today so my son offered to take my daughter to Polished Nail off 96 and Hobbs area on their bikes to get my daughters nails done. She took her own money and got her nails done. I’ve paid $45 before for her nails at the same place, and I feel like because they were kids they could get one over on them. We have been several times and always happy with the nails but I refuse to go back after doing this to her. She paid $47 plus a $10 tip, then when they walked out about to leave, they grabbed them from outside and said oh no it’s actually $60. I own a business as well and usually don’t post about other businesses because I know how the small business world works and it’s already hard enough to keep everyone happy but to do this to a 10 yr old is just wrong. I just wanted everyone to know what kind of people are running that business. (Her nails are pretty but unethical business practices) To answer the owner: My husband did come in to talk about it after he got off work and was shown a ticket for $55 but my daughter and son said they were shown a ticket for $60. You still tried to defend it and didn't offer any solution."
