"This is my “go to” Nail Salon! It is sparkling clean and everyone there is always so friendly! I always enjoy being there! Old lady hands but a perfect “natural looking” dip manicure!"
"I come often and the girls are always very helpful and accommodating. Today they were extra busy and I waited a little longer than usual. The girl who did my Pedi was very good, as she always is. The girl who did my mani was good, but did manage to hurt me a couple of times. Nothing to speak of, though. By this time, I'm feeling pretty good with the wine they offer."
"Awesome place! Very nice and sanitary, my nail tech was awesome! I'm a type one diabetic with swollen sensitive feet and I let her know and she was so gentle and did an amazing job! Highly recommended plus the prices are a steal! They use actual fruit in your feet treatment and go all out! Loved it!"
"This was the worst experience I have ever received! Not only was my gel+dipped manicure coming off after one day. I called up and they said they would re-do my nails. At first I was hesitant, but I was with my sister and I said it was fine as long as they match my pedicure to my manicure. They said ok initially, but then when I went in to the salon they pretended like they didn’t understand what I was talking about. After a lot of rude interactions I told them to forget it and just refund me the cost of the manicure. They said I would only be refunded 15.00 as the powder was still on my nails. What am I suppose to do with powder on my nails? I told them they would have to refund the whole manicure service as they didn’t deliver properly. They refused, so I left. Not only do they have terrible customer service, questionable polish and practices, they were exchanging conversation not in English and laughing with each other. It goes without saying I will not be back, but also I will be reporting to the BBB. To the clients who had to witness the encounter and ruin there Sunday vibes, I’m sorry. But to be fair, if you had all your shellack come off after one day, you too would be pretty upset. Ladies, maybe next time you could have a little grace before you decide to put your two cents in."
"$75 for an almond-shaped ombré full set from Titi. I love my nails, any improvement to my flat bedded short and stubby fingers is great. They are not permanent, they will grow out and get touched up, etc. So I'm not worried about my imperfections. I get my nails done a lot, I've been to a lot of different nail salons, I travel the country full time so I've seen it all. Some places have freaking Michaelangelo's doing nails and insisting on a design. I try art on the holidays, etc. Not recently though, it's been about a month or so since I've done my nails. Anyways, I wouldn't say they are 5 stars. That would mean I wouldn't have a single problem or concern. I gave 4, I wish I could give 3.5, because I still think there are other nail salons that have that spot. They were all very kind and sweet. Good environment, very clean spaces, and welcoming employees. Let me preface with the fact that I'm a people pleaser and I have trouble correcting people that are nice to me. I asked for almond shaped ombré and picked the nude color and they chose the basic white for the tips. Anything I pointed out and asked to be fixed, I was then told she would file to fix later. I reminded her later when she was filing, and I felt like she heard me, but maybe she didn't quite understand or care or maybe she was rushing maybe? Either way, I don't care enough to push it past that point to have the imperfections fixed. So yes, I love my nails! Are they 5 star flawless, no. 4 stars? Sure. They were nice. My nails are done, I didn't have to worry about a mother's day crowd, and they took me as a walk in at 5pm on a Wednesday, and they close at 7pm."
