La Michoacana

"Only gave one star because can’t give any negative numbers. The customer service was atrocious. Food smelled like it may be good but I and others never got service from the ladies in the taqueria portion. And they kept looking at us like why were we standing there as were the rest of the employees. A manager walked and actually chuckled at a black couple and myself. Made a comment in Spanish “that we standing there looking like dummies”. Idk, I guess I didn’t look Hispanic enough or just didn’t give a damn like the rest of the store. And the cashier looked like they were having a bad day as well and wasn’t afraid of showing it to customers. This is a horrible place to get anything. Borderline racist and im Hispanic. They only catered to a certain group of people. It was completely visible. Only a certain groups of people would get quick attention while everyone else not only had to wait but also horrible attitude. I guess they’re friends and family. It’s like to hell with everyone else. This far from the first incident like this at this establishment/location. According to a lot of the reviews I’m not the only one. If the company doesn’t care about the quality of customer service to the community it serves then I will definitely be looking up a head office to report this as well as the local news channels… don’t want some red carpet treatment but don’t want to be treated like that either. Very horrible place with possible good products and food that you dam near have to harass an employee to simply buy. SMH!!!!!"

"I give them a 1 star. I came in to enjoy some of there delicious food today. I ordered 3 tacos and a gordita, i was served by a young guy that really didn't care about of serving me and with no respect for customer he was popping his gum wile prepping my food i asked him for some hot sauce and he said they didn't have any his services got me so mad that i lost my appetite i Throw my food away and walked out."

"Today I went to buy at this store , but I have a bad experience. The floors was dirty and the vegetable was not fresh. Also i found I big line because the cashier was talking at her cellphone all the time. I check at the recipe store was Glaudia. I hope they fix the customers service and focus to make it better."

"Orders Barbacoa tacos, pozole and menudo. We asked the lady to please add horminy and the lady refused to add any! I asked her 3 times to please add it. It took another lady working there to tell her to just add it. When she gave me my barbacoa taco it came with nothing but fat."

"The most disgusting smelling place I’ve ever walked into. The entire place smells like bad meat. Your meat should not be this fragrant. I walked in, took a few steps, and walked right back out. I will drive 20 min away to go to a butcher. No more Mexican meat markets and definitely never coming back here again"
