"The night of January 13, 2024 (around 7:15 pm) I went to the store and had the worst experience I have ever had with a cashier (register 8). While scanning a package of Oreos, he (the cashier) noticed that the Oreo package was ripped. I told him that I didn’t notice it when I got the package, and that I would go get another one. He then looked at my 11 yr old son and said “he looks guilty”. In other words, he was implying that my son ripped the package to eat the Oreos. He was not joking as he was so serious when he said it. I immediately told him that my son didn’t do it. I put the Oreos in the basket, and know for a fact that he didn’t do it. I went to get another package of Oreos, and when coming back he gave me the nastiest attitude. After finishing paying for the groceries, he gave me the receipt, didn’t even looked at me, after that, he slapped the counter really hard. I don’t like to complain about these type of situations, but this is just wrong. No customer should be treated like this. Even my son was offended when this happened and could not understand why he was being accused of something he didn’t do."

"SEB the cashier is extremely rude and impatient. He rolled his eyes at me several times, I was watching him ring up my items making sure prices were correct i guess that annoyed him? Not sure why? I never said a word to him, except when he asked me if I wanted to purchase my drink that I didn’t want bagged. Then when I was leaving I told him thank you and he purposely ignored me while the bagger looked at him and shook his head."

"Love heb! My go to grocery store but also a great rainy day activity with your toddler LOL. They have the best kid carts which are cars in a variety of colors ANNNND they have heb dollar for kids. Your kid basically plays a the price is right type of wheels for "points" go to customer service and they will alwayssss give you a primera. EVEN if its a heb buddy sticker. Win for everyone!"
