"This store has some of the nicest workers. I came in and was looking for a particular item and instead of me stopping a worker, the worker stopped me and asked if I needed help finding something. Good workers are hard to find these days so thank you HEB for taking care of your customers!"

"I can’t remember what is that guy name! But I guess he is one of the supervisors or managers on the floor. I’m feeling that I am being treated with no respect! He tried to embarrassed me in front of everyone! I really don’t want to say this but I’m being treated different because of my color… i saw many customers that have the same issues or problem that I have that day, but they are no bother to say something to those people, but they came to me, and make a big deal about it! They could have said it in a regular volume (like a regular conversation volume between two people) instead of said it out loud, and making us look bad in front of everyone in the store! I am not usually writing reviews, but this had make my day terrible! I work with customers before and I understand how stressful your job is. But at least keep it to your-self during workday, and don’t go put it on people that you think you can bully!"

"In person shopping is great! Lanes always open and aisles always stocked. Curbside is not the greatest. Long wait times. I’ve had missing items more than once. I placed my order 24 hrs in advanced and it was still delayed. Not sure if they changed management in the curbside department but it has not been great lately."
