"Terrible service. I got a pedicure and she didn’t put a base or cure the gel polish correctly. She also didn’t do the nails the same, some were lighter than the others and darker and vise versa. Not only that but she did not cut the cuticles right and added cuticle cream AFTER I asked her too. She then proceeded to smear and she had to re do them. Her name was something along Vee, I’m not exactly sure but it was something that started with a “V”."

"I came a month ago to this nail shop and hated it. Amy cut my skin and kept going if burned but I didn’t speak up. She was on the phone the whole time as well… My nails were just plain white acrylics and they came out in just 3 days because I could not handle the pain of having them on."

"They don't do pedicures well. They have a very one size fits all approach and they don't care if you need extra tlc for problem feet. Will not listen to concerns. Says they don't won't remove corns or callus out of fear of making someone bleed but she cut my hand when she was over cutting my cuticles... was hacking away at them without even checking if she was cutting my skin, if I hadn't moved back the cut would've been worse and she didn't apologize, also they charge if you use a credit card which they will not tell you about until you give it to them. Won't be back."
