"Don’t bother trying to get your nails done here. They have an inefficient system of running their business. I purchased a Groupon to get a manicure and a pedicure here as their reviews seemed good and it was located near me. When I tried to call them, I realize that they don’t ever pick up their phone and neither do they return calls when you leave them voice mails. They have a poorly set up website that only “honors” appointments made a week in advance, never heard of this one before. I tried calling them multiple times and a lady finally picked up just to be rude and let you know that she works alone. Very unfair that they expect first time customers to know this fact. Also it’s unreasonable that they set up Groupon deals if it is just 1 staff working and they can’t even pick up the phone and meet demands. I’m going to try my best claiming for a refund for this Groupon purchase and hope I get it. Fingers crossed!"
