"Poor attention to detail/ understanding. I asked for white tips, showed a picture and explained to the tech Hinnie what I wanted. Pretty simple design. She did a completely different service (full nude color powder) and when I asked about it, she said it would cost $20 extra. No thanks. I'll go where they understand what I'm asking for the first time."

"This was one of the best nail salon experiences I have had in a while. Their customer service was top tier. Lynn did my pedicure and it was very neat with great attention to detail. Also this is one of the few salons that actually focuses on proper cleanliness. All the metal tools she used came out of a sterilized sealed bag and the non metal tools (file, foot scrubber etc) were new and still in the original packaging. Ken did my acrylic removal and he was very gentle and personable. Best of all they were still very quick and efficient. Overall a great experience and I will happily be back."

"Needed a brow wax today. This place smelled magnificent when I arrived! Lynn did my wax. She did a wonderful job. I will be back. $12.00 (before tip) for the service. The salon looked very clean. I will go back for a pedicure soon. A lot of times I like to go in for a small service and have a look around before deciding if I want to commit to/support them. Looks like they have male and female nail technicians. I like the calm energy inside and again, it smelled so dang good! When I checked out, I noticed liquor bottles behind the register. I have been offered wine with my pedicures in the past at several locations, but never hard liquor. I'm not complaining. I just know I can't do a pedicure on my lunch hour during the work week. Wink, wink!"

"Update! I have been going here for almost 6 months (added more photos) I love it! Overall environment: I had a great experience at Oasis. It is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and they did a great job with my nails. I was jealous of the ladies getting pedicures because the chairs look nice and the techs did a great job, I will have to get one next time! There was some drama between customers this morning and the staff handled it gracefully. I appreciated that they take pride in maintaining a relaxing environment for their customers. Service: I came in to get my current dip removed and replaced. My tech (I think her name is Daisy) was very patient with me as I was indecisive and changed my mind a few times on color before we even got to that part. She was attentive and efficient and paid attention to detail while checking in with me to make sure I was satisified with my color, shape, how the drill felt, etc. Really nice! It took about an hour and 15 min for removal and new set. My total was $55 before tip! I felt that price is fair and reasonable. My only wish is to maybe just soak hands in bowl for removal? The foil and cotton ball method seemed to take forever to get my previous set off. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back! Thank you."
