"First of all I love to shop at Kroger BUT I will never order for delivery again! I ordered two Pineapple cranberry juices and two raspberry leaf teas and tipped $5 which my total came out to be $29 including the delivery fee. Tell me why I was charged $87 after my order was already delivered. And on the Kroger app receipt now says that my juices and teas were out of stock so somebody substituted them for ribs and vegetables basically to cook a meal which doesn't make any sense to why I would substitute drinks for a meal. I did not request a substitute any of my items nor was I notified. And it was really quick for me to be charged the $29 and changed to $87 within a day but now I had to request for me to get my money back for the stuff that I did not receive or order 10 business days!!! Now I understand that it's not all Kroger fault because they do use instacart but Kroger should have some more restrictions or find another delivering agency if this continues to be a problem!"
"What is this dome in the middle of the cake? My sister ordered a cake online last week and when it was time for pickup they told her they don’t check online. What? So they threw something together! Is this the best you could do? Do better Kroger!"
"Went to the Starbucks in the front of the store and had a horrible experience with the lady back there I couldn’t see her name badge, she had her name covered., but she was heavy set and wore glasses she had dark hair. . She did have on a red sweatshirt. I ordered my coffee, and the lady never called my name to let me know mine was ready. I had to ask her if it was mine. She then began to get loud with me, and told me you see it’s sitting there it have to be yours. She was very rude to me, I told her ma’am all I want is my coffee and you’re giving me a hard time for nothing. Her mannerisms were very bad, it definitely was very unprofessional, and disrespectful. She let my coffee sit on the counter for 3 minutes without even let me know it was mine, I didn’t want to grab to just grab it if wasn’t for me. That’s why i asked her was it mine. This experience was horrible."
"Very neat, clean, and organized store. Great selection of products. I like shopping here because there is basically everything you need from food, to cleaning supplies and products, to a pharmacy, money center, clothing, shoes, makeup, toiletries. There is just so much, however, their bakery has changed since I was last there a few years ago to recently when I went the selection was not good and a little pricey on a few things. Other than that it is a one stop shop for you!"
"On Sunday 11-05-23 at 11am the produce department was out of bulk sweet onions and there was no price on the water melon . I asked 2 different employees stocking about this or where the produce was and if they had any…first they both ignored us very rudely acted as the didn’t want to be bothered and just replied no there isn’t any. I can say these 2 were about the rudest pair I’ve ever can across."
