"BEST HEB IN HOUSTON. This HEB seemed brand new, the equipment was great, and the staff was excellent and very helpful. Ms Brenda was very nice and she was very respectful. The store is beautiful and I would definitely go back here. VISIT THIS HEB!!!"

"My daughter’s cellphone was stolen at this HEB’s parking lot. We suspected it was taken by a store employee because her iPhone finder showed the phone stayed at store for 3 hours before being moved to a location near Chimney Rock and Westpark. She talked to HEB customer service several times. They did agree to check on security camera video around the time it was stolen. Unfortunately, the cameras are so sparse as they told us they couldn’t see anything. I think they need to improve the site security and the employee trainings!"

"New to Houston Texas, First visit to H.E.B food store, walked in was impressed one manager was approaching me I informed him it was my first visit asked several questions about the store he was extremely friendly and well knowledge about the store he was dressed professional but I didn't get his name. As I walked throughout the store found everything I needed, also had conversation with the employees at the meat department was knowledgeable about the type of meats I was looking for. Now the horrible experience was when I was cashing out. I was directed to go to the cashier by a H.E.B employee I went where he directed me to cash out. The cashier name was Malessa she was friendly at first, when I made her aware that I needed her to cut off the belt because I didn't want my food to be crushed, she refused she made a statement that she works in 15 items or less and don't bag food. Now I am getting mad I worked to hard for my money to have my food crushed. She waves to someone they came and started bagging my food but she refused to stop the belt and started ringing up the food even faster. She really pist me off, I paid for the food found a manager went to her station and showed him what she did to my food while I was talking to Adrian she was crushing the next person food and they had bags of potatoes chips. She started talking to me while I was talking to Adrian the manager I did say something back to her. People like her that doesn't care about protecting someone food shouldn't be around customers, she needs to be behind the seen. This shouldn't have happened she could have respected my request and protect my food it wasn't that she couldn't she just didn't care in my opinion. I will return back to the store but will make sure I don't have this problem happen to me again."

"Yet another great shopping experience at H‑E‑B. This location isn’t as spread out and massive as others, which I quite enjoyed since it was easier to navigate the entire store. Super nice staff, great selection, decent prices, and a one stop place for all your needs. Great grocery shopping!"
