"Horrible job! Went on today for an ombré full set. I asked the tech was she Leslie and she stated “yes”. She barely was putting the powder on my nails, and act as if she was in a rush and or didn’t want to do my nails. I told her I didn’t want it too thin and not too think but a good amount so that they will not break and want them to be smooth out. Also told her that she did my nails the last time and did a good job that’s the only reason I came back. Afterwards tried to charge me $65; I asked what is the extra $10 for. Leslie replied, for ombré and length. I stated your ombré set in your book says $55 and my nails are not that long. They have a manican hand with different lengths and the price written on them. The $65 nail length is extremely long, my nails weren’t nearly that long and Leslie and the lady that was taking payment was able to see that! Leslie then says $60….$5 extra for the shape. I paid the $60 and stated I will not come back. This was my second time going back. The first time Leslie did my nails she really did a good job, applied the acrylic correctly and a good amount as I liked it, took her time, nails were smooth and even; not bulky. She even took pictures of my nails and asked for number (we exchanged numbers) so that I can set appts with her. I was really disappointed this time; uneven, bulky, some nails thick and some are not. I will be finding another nails shop to go to. Thats not right and folks paying their money for services and you have a “don’t care attitude”. That’s ugly."
