"My husband and I went in to grab our mobile order and was completely ignored by the Starbucks worker. I wish I read her name tag. Also, also she definitely could have said a simple “yes” when my husband politely asked if the drinks were ours. I do not recommend this place."
"On a busy Saturday a few days before Christmas, the store was running beautifully. The store shelf was out of stock of one specialty item we were looking for. Jeremy was stocking and we had a friendly exchange and I continued shopping. On the other side of the store, my husband and I were shocked when Jeremy found us with a box of the exact item we were looking for. Kudos to leadership for being so prepared for a busy shopping day and thank you to Jeremy for a small act of kindness that will make my whey protein allergic daughter and lactose intolerant relatives very happy for breakfast on Christmas morning!"
"Some people that work there shouldn’t be there. They have no customer service experience. Have a very rude demeanor. I am Hispanic and an American and don’t care for people who are foreign and don’t appreciate being in America. Don’t treat people bad or you will get treated bad. I’m also a senior citizen and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. I will not shop here anymore."
"This store sucks. The last 4 times I’ve been in there I’ve had to go back out to the parking lot and get my own cart. The last time I just carried my stuff out to my truck by hand because I felt sorry for the elderly couple coming in and gave them my cart."
"Convenient to our house. However, they do not pay attention to their expired food. Fresh and especially canned/dry product. Almost every time we go, there is something beyond the expiration date. We have stopped going here moving forward."
