"I had them do my nails a few times before I was generally happy with the results. Since they were so close to my house, decided to book this place to service my entire wedding party. At booking, I inquired about a discount since it was so many of us. The person said they would ask the manager. We all came in and everybody hide whatever they asked done. No mention of the discount, no follow up on my inquiry about it. I had requested a very specific look for me, which they could not achieve. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. It’s not like I plan to re-do my wedding. As a bride, your entire look is meticulously planned and calculated. Having my nails done exactly as I wanted, was very important to me, but this place was unable to deliver, and I had to live with it. I also discovered that they hacked into my YouTube account and were using it to play their videos. This is the only place that I have ever gone to that plays the type of videos that they do, and it showed up in my YouTube history, even though that’s not something I watch or would be interested in. I pay for YouTube premium to be able to watch without commercials, so I understand why they would prefer that. Be very cautious going here. This place is a scam and I don’t think their technicians are certified. The quality of work I’ve observed is not of someone who went through any type of training. I have not returned to this place after my wedding service nor will I ever recommend anybody goes here. It’s absolutely shameful what they did. UPDATE: The salon reached out to me by text after I posted this review. There are a lot of details I left out of the review; those who understand technology know that once it is discovered that someone’s account is hacked, there are ways to remove the hacker’s access and update the account accordingly. I’m have been in the tech industry for over 20 years. My account was hacked by this place and I took actions to remedy the situation. Second, I would never go back to a place that didn’t do a good job and have them fix it. Especially that it was for my wedding!! All family members who received the service have left the state to go home. AndI went on my honeymoon. So you see, coming back to get the mistakes fixed was not feasible. This is why you must ensure quality the first time. Furthermore, the salon was understaffed. I made the reservation weeks ahead. There is no excuse. Not only were you understaffed but you were accepting other customers. This made us feel lack of care and as if we were not important. The only way to deal with such poor service is through laughter. So everyone joked about how bad of an experience they had. You know what’s sad, I had come to this salon a few times before and even when service was not the best, I wanted to show loyalty. You were a new business and I wanted to spend my money at your salon by choice. It felt like a slap in the face to experience such bad service. You must learn to value your customers if you want them to come back. Please do not text me again. You do not have my permission to text me. Thank you."
