"Horrible service, I've been here for quite some time now because I work close to the location but seems like the threaders quit or aren't there when I come always, You ask them nicely to not do something and they do whatever they want to your face! like bro no means no in every language. what don't you get? if i say don't do something or stop you shouldn't arguement, that's 1/2 of the reason why I don't care to tip! stop trying to force your clients to do something they don't want to do! Houston has plently of other locations for threading, i suggest people to go else where!!! I promise. Customer service means more then the disrespect."
