"I am not one to leave reviews because that’s just not me.. but now i know why i only go to Culebra meat market. I called first thing in morning and I asked for price for the tripas and they gave it to and $30 dollars so I went to go get them, I get there ask for 2 boxes and the guy is getting the sticker and it says 60 dollars and I said well I called literally an hour ago and they said 30 and some other lady (metiche) was like no no it’s 60 all rude and the guy was like let me get my manager so we waited and the lady (metiche) kept rambling saying they aren’t on special like just kept going and no one is evening talking to her like ma’am be professional and help the customer’s. The manager comes and we tell her hey I called this morning someone gave me the price for a box of tripas for 30 and she said oh no it’s 60 that was our special and I said okay but you can’t give it to us because that’s not our mistake and she said yeah no I can’t .. then the manager also states that the person that said yes that they were $30 came and asked her and said hey are the box of the tripas 30? & the manager said no, but we had already hung up the phone. AFTER SHE HAD ALREADY TOLD US THEY WERE $30 DOLLARS. but some how the manager still said no knowinG HER own staff told us YES!! that is not my problem. Manager couldn’t even help us out. Worst place ever. Like yes tripas are expensive but come on you can’t say one thing on the phone and we get there and its all different. What really bugged me more than anything was that rude rude lady. That’s why they have her back there. & they need a manager that can actually do the job. She looked like she was 17."
