"Disappointed, friends wanted to get their nails done so I agreed. They didn't understand anything I was requesting and everything felt rushed. My nails look awful and it cost me $63, I do not recommend. I've had my nails done before having my bitten small nails and they are so bubbly crooked and uneven. They're responses aren't accurate. Lady was arguing with me over the phone telling she didn't know how to fix it and my nails looked amazing, they do not and I kept staring at them and not once was I asked if I did. I had plans yesterday, I didn't have time to sit there for another hour. I should be able to get my nails repaired if I'm unsatisfied and am told I could call to get it resolved. They don't resolve things, they have their money so they are happy. And already a broken nail"
