"Nice venue but the event was packed with people and I'm surprised the Fire Marshall didn't shut it down. Way, way too many people. Shoulder to shoulder, front to butt. The venue should have cut off the people coming in and the conference should not have sold so many tickets to this private party. Horrid."

"This venue has a convenient location in downtown Austin. However it is showing it's use and age. They advertise this venue as being able to accommodate fifteen hundred people , but depending on how you set up an event of that size. I have experienced that it does not accommodate that many people safely or well. The floors need to be leveled .... The wooden flooring is quaint but offers trip hazards and other issues , especially if there are intoxicated guests. I would recommend it for events of 350 - 500 hundred at the most. Also, be aware that the upstairs rooftop area is exposed to the temperature and weather. So if you're counting on using that space it should be something you consider."

"We had a great experience hosting our anniversary party at Brazos Hall on the the Rooftop deck! The venue was perfect for our party and our guests really enjoyed seeing the buildings lit up at night. The space was great with the right amount of room for dancing, eating dinner, and mingling. The elevator to the rooftop deck was especially helpful for our older guests that required additional assistance. The staff was also excellent and very professional. Highly recommend!"

"What a beautiful venue! The rooftop is beyond gorgeous and that wall of greenery screams photo opportunity. I had an opportunity to capture a lil video footage here for a conference event so as a guest I was impressed. This view of downtown Austin is stunning especially with the sunset. The lighting is just enough, but it did get a smidge dark in the deep interiors of the venue. Overall, a lovely spot for any event."
