"My boyfriend went to this location to buy a couple of flower bouquets for me, he chose 2 bouquets that were gorgeous but quickly realized one of them were a set of fake flowers, wood and plastic. He paid $60 on a bouquet of fake flowers that had been placed along with the section of real, fresh ones yet was refused a refund, or exchange of any kind for a set of fresh flowers. Not to mention he went back not even 5 minutes after purchasing them. I've never heard of a store that doesn't do refunds. We wanted real flowers, fresh ones and it just sucked that he had to pay $60 because their flower section wasn't organized or mixed up. Maybe it was customers who misplaced them but it would've been nice to have more of an understanding from the employees and management."

"Make sure you check the expiry dates especially when you pick up. This store should consider customer safety on high priority and shouldn’t sell expired products. Today I picked an order and after reaching home noticed 2 items are expired. Kind bar - expired 6 months ago Cheese - expired a month ago"

"I really like this Tom Thumb. Their flowers are gorgeous, if expensive. The orchids take my breath away. It’s nice having a Starbucks in house, fresh sushi (discounted on Fridays!), a decent bakery and great looking produce. However, the last few times I went to the deli the staff was not friendly, almost to the point of being unfriendly. I asked what size options there were for potato salad and the woman just shook a couple of containers at me. I was thinking, “well, is that a quart? Half a quart? Is she waiting for me to guess and get it correct before she spoons the stuff out?” However, the checkers are nice, the pharmacy staff is wonderful. The store does look dark inside for some reason, I’m not sure if it’s all the patio furniture and umbrellas stacked on top of the freezer cases, which is weird in my opinion. Also they tend to let their live plants shrivel up and die outside, which makes me sad. But, All in all, it’s a nice store and I enjoy the shopping experience."

"This store was very organized especially in their produce area. We originally came here for a flower arrangement. The manager at the flower department was very helpful and kind. We loved all of their arrangements that were in display. So many options to chose from. But this occasion she was able to make us a special arrangement, considering it was for my mother-in-laws tombstone. Thank you again on helping us. We will certainly be returning."
