The park spans 2.54 acres of land and features a newly constructed monument with six columns representing the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marines. Engraved bronze plaques on the monument pay tribute to individual veterans, with donations from loved ones who have served. Additionally, the park offers a basketball shade structure, pavilion with fishing pier, new restroom facilities, reconstructed pathways, playground entry ramps, picnic tables, benches, grills, and a drinking fountain. Veterans Park is a place where the community can come together to honor and remember those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

"I love this park!!! I'm surprised it doesn't have more reviews!!!! It's beautiful and has a lot of space for your little ones to roam. The actual play area is small but catered towards about 3 and younger so it's all you need. Lots of big rocks to climb! The only downside is it is right off of a very busy road. My almost 2 yr old loves it though!"
