"I went in today for wic items for my baby, I already always feel a little uncomfortable getting these items because it’s so specific what is covered and I always seem to mess it up by not getting correct items. Well I had that issue this morning and Julie helped me out, made me feel comfortable and fixed the issue. That went along way with me and wanted it to not go unrecognized!! So thankyou Julie for what you do and your help today!!"
"Kroger should close this store now, before they sink anymore money into it. I've never ordered a delivery order that included every item. The shopper will say they are completely out of things like any size of Cheetoes or brand of cheese chips or out of any size or brand of ground beef. I'm almost always missing one or two items that I ordered and paid for. Their AI chatbot is worse than useless, I cannot believe they even rolled it out to the public in this state. Just TRY to tell it you had a missing item in your delivery, I dare you. If you're lucky it will offer you $5 for an item, and that is after 20 minutes of poking around. If I'm missing a $20 item I don't just want a $5 credit. Most importantly I suggest one of their managers do 3 test runs ordering deliveries from Kroger and then 3 test runs at HEB. AND try pick up orders too. They will see what their competitor is doing for their customers and realize why they will continue to lose business. Kroger, improve your customer's experience or just close shop now. I will never shop at Kroger again, because once you've shopped at HEB you'll realize that doing business with Kroger is a punishment and HEB is truly a pleasure."
"This is insanity bare shelves, angry/lazy help, & 2 cashiers on a Saturday? Linee 10-15 deep and self check WORSE! THEY ARE ABOUT TO GET A CART OF PUT BACKS"
"My experience at this location was horrible! My 6 month old ran out of formula and no where has it in stock except this location. We drove all the way from Melissa at 10 pm at night in the freezing cold just to be greeted with Michelle's extremely vile attitude ( for the 5th time or so since weve came to this location within the last few months).. My husband proceeded to ask for formula however didn't even get a few words out before she cut him off and started talking over him stating she lost the key to the case and was unable to provide the product and to come back another day ( excuse me infants can't wait another day, I get it if the formula is out of stock however, Michelle losing the key seems like a Michelle problem to fix. ). Realizing she was not willing to help we left and drove around for over 2 hours going to every Kroger within a 25 mile radius with no luck. I desperately contacted this store back and Michelle answered once again being extremely rude . I told her that I really needed this formula and to please put a manager on the phone. She refused then hung up on me. I called back and she put someone else on the phone who happen to be helpful. He told me I could come back up there to get the formula. When I walked in Michelle had the "keys " in hand and I was able to get my babies formal. (All this headache and time wasted for nothing ) Fast forward I'm home now and my baby is beyond ready for her bottle but guess what it is already partially opened !! I will unfortunately have to make a trip back to have them give me an unopened container!!! Yes I'm beyond mad /unhappy.. all of the above Michelle is extremely lazy and entitled against minorities. 100% doesn't need to work here its clearly to much for her to handle like a normal person she needs more then customer service training quite frequently she needs a reality check. Cause in the real world people don't talk to other people the way she thinks they should."
"I had a very pleasant experience this evening. I found most of what I needed. What really wowed me and stopped me in my tracks was a gentleman by the name of Tre. He was filling and zoning the cheese department. It was breathtaking. He kept everything so contained and was working so neatly, I felt compelled to compliment him on the visual serenity he had created. I feel too many people leap to criticize, and not enough people compliment those that are doing a great job. He was polite, organized, and thorough."
