"Incredible spot with hours of varied play available. Great price for 3-5 hours of letting you kid(s) wear themselves out. Super clean and great staff. Nice pizza and lots of snacks and drinks. Beer and wine too!"

"First the positive: the managers are very friendly and helpful. Overall It’s cool. Not the negative: it’d be a lot better if they weren’t closed for private events half the time my kids want to go. That and they’ve closed some of the attractions, I’m guessing for liability reasons. Half the time we go they don’t have anyone working the sky rider, roosts course or the climbing walls. So literally there are usually at least three things closed. Out of maybe 10 things to do there."

"Fun place to bring the kids, but honestly, it is pretty difficult to track their whereabouts and ensure their safety between the trampoline areas, foam pit, jungle gyms, dodge ball area, etc. We chaperoned our son and cousins on a visit here, and there are zero child abduction measures in place. We have a trampoline park back home, and they have a latched gate when you leave the play area, making it difficult for kids to leave on their own and difficult for a predator to come nab your kids. I challenge Urban Air to do a better job in that regard."

"This place is absolutely amazing for birthday parties and also for every day play! It is not my kid so much about confidence and about playing with others nicely in an open play environment! The staff here is incredible and the place is kept very clean! Amy, the general manager is super helpful and is always there, ensuring that her stash provides top-notch customer service to anyone that walks in the door. We’ve had numerous birthday parties here and are also members and love coming to this location of Urban Air!"
