"The process was very easy to get free food donations for your family, as long as you live in Arlington, all you need to bring is your id and proof of residence if your address doesn’t match on your id. You fill out your household income as well as who all lives with you because that determines how much you receive. It’s easier approval if you are already receiving assistance such as Medicaid. They also have a clothing area that you can walk through and pick out any clothing that your family needs! The people that volunteer here are friendly just sometimes don’t have Spanish speakers so it’s best if you bring someone that can speak English to help you translate and make it easier to communicate with them on what all you need!"

"They need a better system people who arrive and stand in line early just waste there time when they open the doors and you have to fill out paperwork everytime just to loose your place in line and causing argument between people maybe y’all should have the papers labeled in order by number that the people Come in so you know who had what place in line . Like it used to be !! Crazy and unorganized. As well as they don’t know how to speak to people politely it’s 9 in the morning how do you already have an attitude and speak rudely to people who are just there for help."

"This place is absolutely the worst with a lot of staff. I’ve been disrespected on so many occasions it’s unbelievable. Certain women speak to you like your trash and have attitudes but the older men there are even worse they are very rude with telling people to shut the hell up and being disrespectful to a pregnant women in front of her children then they love to threaten you with not getting any food if you choose to speak up on not wanting to be spoke in that manner such horrible people who claim to follow the word but hold food over people head who are in need they need a lot of self evaluation. You cannot claim to follow the word and then act in such way’s unbelievable"

"Me and my husband were very blessed today. We got lots of food and also clothes. The people who volunteer there are very nice. They go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. If you need help with food definitely check them out."
