"Even by the low bar of grocery store standards, this Kroger manages to find a way to lower it. At 6 pm on a Sunday, there are ZERO registers open and the self-checkout line is backed up halfway across the store. This isn’t the exception, but the rule. They also allow rude and obnoxious Spectrum salespeople to stand at the front and harass customers with their pushy sales pitch. The experience at your store is usually miserable enough… why do you have to tack on a whole other company chasing me down to try and sell internet and make it even more miserable?"
"Usually decent shopping. Recently was harassed and pushed by a very aggressive security guard. Management never assisted. I had just come from assisting someone with a broken down vehicle. And he assumed I was homeless. And said he should "search me" after I came out of the restroom. I said check the cameras I'll be here shopping. He physically grabbed my cart away from me. And when I asked for the manager, he said the manager was "outside". The manager wasn't and he threatened to pepper spray me if I came back in. And that I "need an address" to file a complaint. I called the police but they never came. I called the store location over 15 times. And never got a response. No identifying information on the armed security guard. I wasn't trespassed nor accused of stealing or disturbing anyone. He simply got an attitude, physically pushed and intimidated me from shopping. It's very concerning, unprofessional, harmful, and degrading. Also a disrespectful and uncomfortable public spectacle."
"This is the worst Kroger I have been too and have received horrible service. The grocery pickup here is a joke. I placed an order through the app for pickup between 8-9 pm. 8 o’clock rolls around and I’ve received no notification that my order is ready. I then receive a call at 8:10 from a young Hispanic lady saying my order is ready and that I need to pick it up by 8:30 because she has to leave early to run an errand. Pickup closes at 9, but she said if I don’t make it I’ll have to wait until the next day. I make it to the store at 8:27. She walks to my car sipping a drink then proceeds to litter the drink cup behind my car, then hits my car door on her cart as she opens it up to load my groceries (& did not apologize). I get home to discover I was only given 9/37 items of my order, which now I’m pissed and unable to make my late dinner or return to get my missing items because she closed early. I called the next morning and spoke with a lady that mentioned my groceries were there and for me to pick them up (apparently the first girl was a repeat offender of messing up orders). As I pickup my missing items, I get home to realize, ONCE AGAIN that I’m still missing 5 items out my original order. To which at this point I have just requested a refund. The employees running the order pickup are incompetent and I’ve never experienced this many issues from another Kroger. At this point, it was more of a headache to order online than to just go shop the items myself. Employees are rude and unprofessional. I will not be visiting this location again. Also, the couple times I’ve been inside this location it was very messy, so I would just avoid this location altogether."
"Let’s be honest, you’re only coming here because HEB isn’t in Dallas yet. If you’re a list shopper, this Kroger can be very frustrating as items are frequently out. The prices are good, but they rarely staff up to peak demand"
