Reviews of Kroger
"Worst experience i've ever had at a kroger's in the entirety of the united states. I'm going to escalate my complaint to corporate. Absolutely avoid this krogers. Drive out of your way to other locations. The manager clara is completely enept at her job."
"I don’t shop here but my coworker said Kroger sells really pretty flowers. So I came and not even 1 minute in I’m already feeling disgusted by how I was treated. A older male employee behind the flowers dept saw I was taking pictures of the flowers Kroger has available to my coworkers to see which was the best pick. He sees me and tells a older female employee in the next area by him “ why is she taking pictures? She doesn’t need to be doing that!” In a loud disturbing tone. And she proceeds with saying “who” and came out of her area to see me. Not that it’s their business, but I tell them why I was taking pics. I walk around the corner and I can hear both of them talking about me and when I walk back around the male then says oh here she comes. Ugly attitudes these employees have. I bought the flowers and they were heavy so I put them in my car. Then realized I needed a card.so I walked back in and tell him…”just to let you know I was buying flowers for a funeral. It is my first time here and I will never be coming back” he then tells me that he was told no one can be taking pictures. And that’s fine but he could of asked me instead of attacking me with his ugly words.smh NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR COME BACK"
"I don’t understand all the negative reviews, because this Krogers is great! I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and they have gone out of their way to help me even without me requesting assistance. The store is well stocked, reasonably priced, and clean. Highly recommend!"
"Now let me start by saying I love to give good reviews and commend exceptional staff. However this will not be one of those reviews. I no longer live in this area but I love Kroger so whenever I’m on this side of town this is the location that I frequent. Their customer service is sub-par at best. Their are barely cashiers anymore, the store reeks, and the customer service is always closed by 1or 2 pm which makes it difficult to pay bills, send or receive money, or any of the other many things that you would need from customer service. I can understand being short one day or whatever but isn’t that what you have a store manager for so they can pick up the slack of a department that needs help. I mean you can’t even cash your check. Like what’s the point of even going here. And the staff are no help, no one can offer a valid explanation as to why it smells so bad for years now and why there is no one to help. Even the manager was standing there and didn’t offer any words just stood there looking. What’s creep. Hope he enjoyed the view because I will never visit this location again. Do better Kroger!"
"Whatever happened to restocking at night when the store is closed? Go into this store anytime of the day or night and you can't get down most of the aisles because stockers and/or stock is everywhere...they don't even try to move it out of the way...or even acknowledge it. Go to any Tom Thumb and if they're even stocking they will immediately apologize for being "in the way" and clear a path for you. Here, you'll be smirked at and made to feel like you're the problem. If not for a handful of employees at this location, I hate this store."
