Reviews
"This review is for the pharmacy. My doctor called a prescription in 20 minutes before closing and I called to see if I could pick it up before close. Rhonda assured me she would have it ready before close even if I had to wait a bit. The staff were so sweet when I arrived. I ended up having an embarrassing coughing fit due to a dry throat and the woman at the register got me water while I was waiting for my insurance information to be input. Everyone was so kind and not at all judge mental. The pharmacist explained my meds thoroughly but quickly and was warm and kind. This might be one of the best customer service moments I’ve ever experienced."
"I shopped at Walmart on 820 belt line rd cedar hill Tx 75104 at 8:30AM. No one stands at the door anymore so no one greets you but whatever not expected. But as I’m going to the register getting ready to check out I notice it’s no bags so I asked the associate and she says it’s no bags in the ENTIRE STORE … Even though this was clearly an inconvenience because when did Walmart turn into Aldi’s? I continued to check out only for a Spanish speaking associate to stand behind me and literally watch every single item to make sure I’m scanning them. Then says bags are 47c . UM READ THE ROOM LADY . someone dropped the ball , its no way myself and others should be surprised there’s no shopping bags at check out then only 5 lanes were open and no one on the registers. The associate wouldn’t have had to watch me if jobs were done correctly in the first place by having someone STANDING AT THE DOOR TO ALERT PEOPLE ITS NO BAGS AND HAVING MORE ON REGISTERS SINCE THEY LOVE WATCHING & COUNTING ITEMS. INSTEAD OF MAKING THE STORE BIGGER SHOULD HAVE SHUT IT DOWN"
"On the way, to my uncle’s house off of belt line… my family and I stopped by this neighborhood Walmart to purchase items for our visit. The overall experience was amazing to me."
"I defended this place as convenient to those who hate this company. It’s convenient, but with no one checking out you would think they would just make more self checkout lanes or make the ones they have more convenient. Not going back until they find a way to check you out more quickly. Great method would be just changing the registers you don’t use to self checkout…but I refuse to wait like I did again! And I’m stubborn enough to drive further! This was horrible! Edit: they remodeled and added more checkouts. The biggest problem is gone and it’s convenient to shop there again."
"Some of the items I wanted were out of stock. I will always give a low rating to stores that only have self check out. There were no cashiers. I hate self check out. I do not work for Walmart therefore I should not have to do something for free that people get paid to do. If I got a percentage off my groceries for using self check out I might not be so opposed. They should always have cashiers as an option."
