"I hoped for a good experience after months in between my visits due to my work travel. The location has changed which was not something I was thrilled about due to the distance but I still booked an appointment and made the required deposit. I arrived to the area and the address provided was not accurate, which was the first issue, but I obtained it after calling to advise I was trying to find their suite. Now regarding the actual appointment… I was quoted an amount for a service while sitting there in their chair which is a service I’ve had and paid for before that just about doubled. I did not stay for the appointment as the amount was ridiculously high and I had not been advised prior to the appointment. I was told pricing recently changed as did their location which I knew since I was there, and I was a new customer. I stated their website does not reflect this information and had it done so, I would have made the decision to find another place more suitable and closer to my home instead of taking time off work and basically wasting my time. It wasn’t until I left that the owner called to explain she just saw I was a repeat customer but it had been months, she should’ve told me about the price changes, and when we were communicating the day before a fire alarm was going off so that prevented her from advising me. She stated she should’ve have honored the pricing from before- again, this is after I refused to stay and expressed how unprofessional it was to not communicate properly. It made no sense as this information should be available online which I have no problem reading over had it been there and deciding at that time whether I wanted to book an appointment or not. I wasted 2 hours of my day and did not get my issues resolved. But I am happy to say I found a more credible and reliable place that gave me all the info I needed, if I missed it on their website, and I will now be a patient/customer there. My advice is to ask for detailed information when booking an appointment with this place especially if you have taken a break in between appointments. Please know there are other places that provide the same types of services, have a doctor on staff and perform some of the services (more delicate and complex ones), and pricing is better and includes items for aftercare. They will also provide you a detailed treatment plan to reference, with pricing, so you know what to expect."
