"I’ll start by listing positives. The kids had fun and that’s the whole point so mission accomplished there. They have a lot of programs to help parents out especially parents of children with special needs. The play area is clean and there’s a lot of things for kids to do. The staff is so nice, friendly and passionate about their business. I don’t have children with Autism so I can’t speak first hand but as a pediatric RN I would say the environment is very therapeutic. They have special calm down rooms, the lighting is comfortable and lots of pads for safety. However there are some improvements that could be made which is why I gave the rating I did. A lot of the toys were old, worn and broken in some places. There was a piano missing a key. There was wear and tear on the toy kitchen and many of the food pieces were broken or missing parts. The infant toys were worn and the ball popper handle was broken. Many of the swings were tapped up or had gashes in them and the motorcycle swing had 2 metal bars facing toward the handle bars and one was missing a cap and had a sharp ring. I feel like for $12 a child the toys and equipment should be in better condition. I’ve been to other indoor play areas around the city that are in far better condition for $10 per child. The Woodlands Children museum up the street is $7 per child and everything is in excellent condition. Why pay a premium price to basically play with what seems like a kid’s old toys that were bought at a garage sale? Also the socialization was overkill. The owner is so sweet and really passionate about her business but spending every moment you speak to me trying to sell me a membership, a class or daycare option etc was a bit information overload and a bit bombarding. I don’t mind maybe sharing one or two things but it was a lot. Even if everything were new and great I don’t think I would want to come back because I feel like I would be pressured into buying something additional. I don’t like to complain without offering solutions and my opinion may not matter and I respect that but I think some new toys and swings would be good and worthy of the expense to go. I also think having all the things you offer additionally other than free play described and printed out on a brochure for parents to read while they watch their kids would be an excellent marketing tool without being an oversell."

"I Highly recommend visiting this place for your child’s birthday party or just a fun activity to do with them. I had my sons birthday party here an I was so impressed. The new owner was very professional, courteous and the facility is very clean. She made sure we had everything that we needed, all of my guest enjoyed the facility and the party package was reasonably priced especially since I’m a single parent! Since I’ve had my sons party here 3 of my guest have returned and 1 has already booked their daughters birthday party there. I live in the woodlands area and there isn’t many places to take the kiddo’s so I’m happy I found this little gem, I will definitely be a regular!!"

"My son absolutely loves this place. I love watching as he grows and his skill level advances. It’s a great way for kids to interact with each other while being in a controlled environment. Great place for playgroups or parties. It’s not too big, yet not too small. It’s not just a gym, but there are all sorts of other activities to keep your child’s attention. They have books, puzzles, musical instruments, dress-up costumes, gym equipment and much more. You certainly get your money’s worth. Great place to go and get out of the house especially on days where the weather keeps you indoors. I recommend giving it a try and seeing for yourself. You won’t be disappointed."
