"Always clean and friendly staff. Convenient to where I live. Sadly though the last two times I’ve been in there within the last two weeks basic items are not in stock. Sales clerk suggested a go to Sally’s on Midkiff which is all the way across town. That shouldn’t have to be the solution. Overall though I like this store."

"So apparently my first review stating how the rude racist manager with bad hygiene and poor product knowledge denied me a refund on unused clippers in original packaging returned within a week got deleted. Long story short the manager Melissa is unprofessional with no management skills and Monique is a full blown liar who opens clippers to show you then denies it. Oh and forgot to mention I went in asking for a shave brush and they looked at me like I was an idiot... until I walked over and picked one up from under the straight razor smh I wouldn’t give them a single star if it were an option."
