"Stylist here at this location are unskilled poor and messy among them selves talks about each other like there better then the next one NOT one of yall are good maybe back in the day I went there about 5 times hoping for better results my hair looking better coming in i reget going the young lady when you walk threw to your left poor haircut the older messy lady to the back on the left even worse deneen charge me 110 poor haircut my hair was already short she suppose to be the best in the shop LIES that's why it was so much WRONG had to go back in correct the cut still poor I wouldn't recommend neither of these Stylist to no one POOR STYLIST all they do is talk about each other none of yall are good good GO get your own salon my hair has taken a shock PlEASE DON'T OFFER TO DO IT AGAIN NOT EVEN FOR FREE I rate this place negative 1 final answer BEST WORDS INCOMPETENT YES IM BITTER ABOUT MY HAIR JC PENNY NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS UGH UPDATE I'VE BEEN GOING TO TO BUEATY SCHOOL AND MY HAIR IS COME OUT BEAUTIFUL EACH VISTED I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO MO ONE"

"I had an appointment with Twishika Kemp-Johnson for a wash. When I arrived to the appointment I was told she had left for the day. My commute was over an hour and I left work early just to make it on time to the appointment. It was very inconsiderate & unprofessional of the stylist to not give me a call, text, email … etcccc informing me that she would not be at the salon. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this salon after wasting my time and gas."

"I got a hair relaxer. The stylist did not neutralize my hair all the way. I had to apply vinegar to neutralize it a few days later. This better not happen again if I decide to come there for a retouch . What happened was ridiculous. Stylists should know better when working with their clients."

"I took my son here for Starter Dreadlocks. They were so bad that I took his hair down the very same night and washed them out. A complete waste of $90. The parts in his hair were huge and uneven. Before leaving the salon, his hair (coils) had already begun to swell up. Terrible lock experience, I do NOT recommend this salon for this type of service at all."
