"This nail spa is horrible! They quote you one price on a menu when they begin the pedicure and when they’re done they tries to make me pay a higher price by verbally saying uh it’s now this price. The device is very poor as all they do is speak their native language to one another and do not interact with the customers at all except for when it’s time for you to pay. DO NOT PATRON NAIL STAR IN ARLINGTON, TX at the intersection of green oaks boulevard and Collins Street."

"This salon I see how they “sanitized”by just using a towel From what I saw, they don't use the right supplies. They are cheap and every time I go they skipped one of the steps on pedicure they don’t do it right. Nail polish old . Yes, they have cheap prices, but not worth it for the low quality work they do. Not coming back"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Kim did my nails and I chose a regular polish. Well she put a gel count on the top and literally hours after leaving (keep in mind I was there an hour and a half for a fill-in) my nail polish is peeling off. The incompetence of a nail tech who puts so much top coat on it is dripping. I won't even return to let them fix them!! This place takes 0 pride in their work, and it would be hard for me to keep my salvation if I went back to complain. STAY AWAY AND LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!"

"This establishment does NOT do a good job at being a nail salon. Not only did six of my nails fall off 4 days after getting a new, full set, when I nicely asked for them to fix the problem, I was told to pay for a mistake done by them! They proceeded to tell me it was because my nails are long and that I "work hard." My nails have been the same length (if not longer) for the past 5 years and I've had the same job for that same amount of time. Do NOT waist your money here!"

"Brought my daughter for a relaxing Sunday pedicure. Ended up sitting in a sauna because the a/c was not on. Not sure if it wasn't working or they just didn't have it on, but it was 80 degrees in the place. Then, the lady doing my pedicure cut my toe and it bled for ages. She did put antiseptic on it which burned like crazy. She never even apologized for cutting me. It was like they were all lost and tripping over each other. Took them 4 hours to do my pedicure and my daughters mani/pedi...4 hours of sitting in a sauna. Then when it was time to pay they charged me double what they had said the price was for the gel! So much for a relaxing day before going back to a hectic work week."
