"My experience here was horrible! I came in and they made me wait 45 mins even though I called them and they specifically told me NO WAIT. As the lady starts with my nails 20 mins in I’m like I want it thinner she’s like “NO”. The customer service here is HORRIBLE do not come here."

"I went 1 week ago for the first time. I paid $65 for these! I like longer nails and usually get shellac/acrylic because I'm hard on them. I told this to the woman but she insisted dip/tips were better and would last 4 weeks. My old nail tech always warned me never do dip with long nails. It's not strong enough. After her relentless "just try it you'll love it, promise. Your real nails will be so strong after this"...I agreed. One week later it snapped off along with snapping my real nail while grocery shopping. I won't return."

"This place is awesome, all the ladies are beyond amazing. Snow is the sweetest and does a great job with my dipped nails, she is very talented and knowledgeable. I bring my mom in to get her toes done and they are very understanding to that fact she has diabetes. I've been coming here constantly since December and I will not go anywhere else. Even though I don't mean to, but I sometimes go up to 3 weeks before I get my nails done and I have absolutely no lifting ever! The spa is clean and calming with very pretty decor. I highly recommend coming here!"
