"Went here for hand tied extensions. The extensions are quite expensive, we are talking $1200. The extensions after a few months ended up in a big knotted ball that was impossible to get out. I had to go to another salon for them to cut them out. I contacted the stylist here about what happened. I mean I literally had spent the price of a used car here! Instead of replacing the extensions with new ones, which I feel should be the thing to do, she gave me "extra" hair that she had. She told me these were the exact same brand extensions as my original. However, these seemed totally different. They were thin, short, and would not hold a curl. Each appointment costs about $350 to move up the extensions every 6 weeks. With this kind of expense, you would think you would be treated like royalty! Instead, the stylist is rushing and talking to the other stylist in the chair next to her. There were times when I was told that she didnt have time to curl my hair. The final straw of going here was my last appointment when I got the extensions moved up and highlights. The extensions became loose within a couple weeks and the color lasted about that long to. Completely unacceptable after paying about $400! So I am no longer a client of this salon and will go somewhere where I don't feel rushed."
