"I went to pick up a cake for my grandsons birthday today: 2/3/24. The cake was supposed to be ready at noon on 2/3/24. The party was at 3 pm on 2/3/24. My daughter ordered the cake on Friday because the bakery at Albertsons said they only needed 1 day prior to the event notice. So I got to Albertsons today (2/3/24) about 2:20 r so & the cake was not made. This is Really unacceptable!!! All new orders should be put in the same place. The paperwork was found 10 minutes r so later. The lady that was on duty at the time apologized & said that she can have the cake ready in 30 minutes!!! To me, that's a very short time to BAKE a cake & Decorate it!!! So the only thing that I can think of is: the cake was frozen!!! So whatever process she used to thaw the cake dried it out terribly!!! The cake was poorly decorated as well!!! Oh, they gave me half off, but the cake was nasty & decorated badly!!! The cake was ready about 3:10 pm or so (2/3/24). This was a Very disappointing experience at the Bakery!!! Won't be doing that anymore!!! If it was something less than 1 star, that would be what they deserve for this Disaster!!!"
"I am so disappointed in the customer service. Especially an Asian guy named Ryan. So I was door dashing and had my 6 year old daughter with me. I was picking up 2 orders and went in the store to pick them up. There were 2 buggies full of groceries for these 2 orders so I seen this person (Ryan) standing there doing nothing and asked if he wouldn't mind helping me roll one of the carts out to my car. He bluntly said "no." I said "why? Just cause you don't want to or..?" He said "doordashers do that." I said "ok but there are 2 carts and I'm one person you really can't just help me roll one of these out?" He said "cause there's 2 orders and told me no he wouldn't help me...I said "it's just like common courtesy" I asked him what his name was and he said Ryan... I told him I'm also a customer not just a doordashers so I'm gonna go ahead and leave a review.... For some reason I guess either he was belittling me for being a Dasher not viewing me as a human also or he's just not a gentleman and terrible with customer service and should not be working in the industry! I'm so ashamed with how people can treat other people now. I grew up in the era (not too long ago I'm only in my 30s) where grocery store workers would offer to help you push out your cart even if it was just one or help you carry out the few groceries in you hands but now it's like I have to ask for help to push out 2 carts and get told no! I'm really grossed out about humanity right now because of things like this"
"Been coming to the Albertsons for years and came at 8:00pm to get some fresh deli meat and the guy at the deli told me they couldn't get me any sliced turkey since they "shut down the slicer for the night." Terribly disappointed. The assistant manager even told me they shouldn't be closed and proceeded to do nothing."
"Absolutely LOVED my sons monster smash cake. They did a fantastic job!! Highly recommend."
