"If I could give 0 stars I would. At first I went in there and was so excited her place was so beautiful, I left happy with my nails looking beautiful. Then not even 5 days later 2 of my nails popped off and 4 others where lifting so bad. I went back to get them fixed and she filled them and then painted black paint on them as I asked and they where kind of thick but I left it alone. Later after I went home the paint started to come off like a sticker and was all wet paint underneath. I had to file and peel all of the paint off myself. Then the tooth gem I had gotten the same day as the first set fell off within a week and she said there supposed to last 6-12 months. As well as my sisters nails were all popping off as well within the same week. I don’t know what went wrong but these experiences were not worth almost 300 for everything we got!! I then messaged her about my concern and she called me being very rude saying it’s been 3 weeks and I told her no ma’am it’s been 15 days since the first appointment and within the 15 days all of this has happened and I asked for a refund. She wouldn’t even do that! Worst experience I have had with nail service. Will not be going back!! The pictures are of me and my sisters nails!!"
