"I got a pedicure and it started good but then the lady left to go do someone else's nails I had to take off my own towel and wax."

"I am giving them one start because I can’t do any less. Horrible attitudes, I didn’t like my first set (they were atrocious) and asked her to do a different set. She had to call another staff member over, they both declined 3 separate sets one being a plain color with no design. She finally agreed on one she could do which was completely different from what I originally asked for. They look horrible as well. The lines are sloppy as well as shaping. She was clearly angry and man handled me the entire time. My mother asked for a French tip, explained to the lady what she wanted twice and then received a dip after asking for acrylic, and did not get French tip. They’re fully hot pink. They charger me $7 per nail for the design, including $42 for the set. And then charger my mom for the wrong thing. It was $125 total for us. I’m extremely dissatisfied and will never return. DO NOT go. The first picture is my nails the second is what I asked for a after getting my other 3 originals declined."

"I came in yesterday for tips and dip and it did look ok but she just kept filing and filing but little to no buffing and they are flat lumpy uneven one finger is way longer than the other . This is the worst full set I’ve ever received . And I agree with the person that said they seem inexperienced . I made the comment that the nail is already lifting and the girl just started filing my nail aggressively. I will not be returning . I had faith in the good reviews"
