"The first time I went here the nail techs were great I got a mani pedi ans they did it fast which was perfect. But when I went back there was no one there, they asked me if I had an appointment, I said not and she rushed me out the door saying they don’t take walk ins. I asked what time the next appointment was she rudely stated there was no time. Very unprofessional. There was literally no one there at all"
"It was an okay experience. The gentleman who did my nails was very nice but they overcharge. The lady who initially started doing my nails was being rude saying my nail bed was crooked just so she didn't have to keep re doing. The man who took over did a great job and really tried to make me happy."
"That didn't go well and I never got passed trying to schedule an appointment. I would have been a new client. I had to tell her 3 times I want solar pink and white fills. She kept saying "dip". NO. When I asked her about pricing she said she didn't know and just kept trying to schedule the appointment. I asked her several more times to please find out about pricing. That I wasn't going to just show up without some idea what I would be charged. Finally she said around $40.00 FOR PINK AND WHITE SOLAR FILLS? AGAIN, NO! I told her thank you for your time and that I would not need an appointment after all."
"The salon itself is very nice, clean and decorated well. We went in just to have fingernails painted and were told to “hurry up because someone with an appointment is coming”. It made the experience feel rushed."
