"I was looking for a place to rent after Covid and found this place they advertise 8 weeks free and it was new really nice upscale kind of nice. Well I guess I was not foo foo enough for them. In the light of Covid and what's going on foo foo is not where it is right now for me protecting my health and the health and safety of other's is. They had leaks all through that building. My first week at work I was walking through and water dripped on my head. It was a poodle of water so I informed management. They immediately sent out a email in which I still have saying they would fix the problem the service guy was coming out. Well first John tried then he came. rained really hard the place was thrown together. Anyway I did not want the liability with my client's so I rescheduled my client's. So my two weeks are gone. I don't complain as I vamp up my Covid ppe equipment get cleaning supplies sheet service uniforms products for a new modality. John says to me my rent is due I say no my second week is not up he says yes the week of the 14th of September that's this week. He kept trying to tell me that it was due a week in advance. I said no your lease states every Thursday at 5pm. I chose ACH payment and it takes a couple of days before it comes out. That is an option you gave. It's a.35 cent fee to pay vs a 4.95 fee for debit card which is faster. I refused to make the adjustment and pay a week in advance as again your lease just stipulates every Thursday by 5pm. I was given a 28 day notice. I left the same day. You don't want stretch pants but uniforms I abide you have rules I abide but you don't have to???? Destroying a person's brand thus lively hood is not cool. You knew the length of time it took before you offered the option. I am not cheap I am running a business just like you. I have a brand just like you. It's my dream and passion just like yours. Broken but never defeated!!!!"

"Nice, upscale feeling new place. All the hairdressers have their own, completely separate suite. It's clean and spacious. I believe they do take walk ins, but I bet it's easier to schedule in advance, especially in today's covid times."
