Kanga's Indoor Playcenter, The Woodlands 604 Hanna Road, Oak Ridge North, TX 77385

"I’ve been a fan of Kanga’s for some years now. I hadn’t been to this location in almost a year. To my disappointment some things have changed but not for the best. The price has increased. I was shocked to be charged $6.00 per adult. (FOR WHAT?!?) It use to be $3.00 per adult. Today my husband and I were both charged. The children’s price has increased as well. It’s now $20 with the tax. I would’ve been able to understand the price increase if the upkeep of the facility was maintained. There were rips and tears in some of the mats, the ball pit had so few balls in it that I could see the mat, only two out of 3 rock walls were functional, the zip line is down (non functional), one of the ball shooters doesn’t work, the water feature slide in the toddler area was broken and the equipment looks a little dingy and worn. The employees were standing around at the counter having conversation. Price increases without proper maintenance, upkeep or upgrades is very disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon."

"Anyone zoned to Ford elementary, this is only 5 min from the school. My children under 5 LOVE this place. I have 2 teenagers and even they can go and have a good time. This is perfect for if you have young kids under 10, that need to seriously burn some energy!"

"This place can rock any kid in the world. So eloquent and diverting for kids and parent as well. My son and I had a tremendously joyful time. Amazing catching place to experience. Would highly recommend for a good fun time."

I have to point out Maria her customer service and her handlings with the kids was impeccable. She definitely is great at what she does. The staff overall was super nice. The food is amazing and price is very reasonable. I can’t wait to bring my kiddos back. I am sure they can’t wait either."
