"Easy to deal with for change orders, had a reasonably large selection of luxury vinyl flooring"
"Been searching for the right floor and the right price for our home. We sort of have up on doing the floors as cost was just outrageous. Walked in to LL flooring didn't think I would get anything other than to browse. Juan the associate helped me and right away knew exactly what I wanted found me the perfect floor at the perfect price. Amazing. All my search and I should have came here first. Glad I took the drive and came to this store. Thanks Juan."
"Horrible experience from purchase to install. The project that was supposed to last three days went into five days and the initial quoted amount increased quite a bit. They also don't install washer, dryer, sink or toilets do that's an additional expense not factored into the quote. Honestly, if I could have canceled the project after demo, I would have."
"Super helpful staff. Gave me great advice and were really knowledgeable and polite! I've returned to this spot over the years."
"Purchased a home in Dec 2018. Previous owner had purchased flooring from Lumber Liquidator. I bought flooring to match to finish two bedrooms. Fast forward a year and the flooring started to peel up and crack. Had a flooring company and a contractor come to the house. They both told me the flooring appeared to be defective. Contacted customer service (use that phrase loosely). Finally set up to speak to a gentleman named Omar. He spent 6 months giving us the run around. Had their company send someone to inspect the floor. That person also confirmed flooring defective. A month later, when no one followed up we reached out to Omar and he told us flooring not covered as we had obviously done something to damage. After pushing and threatening legal action he agreed to replace the flooring. When I sent him the invoice from the original homeowner's flooring (he already had mine), he told me that flooring didn't have a transferable warranty. When asked to produce this he couldn't. He then told me they weren't going to replace the flooring we bought either. AVOID this place like the plague. Talked to 3 flooring companies and two contractors - all warned me to not do business with them. Flooring is sub par. They won't honor their warranty. I am now going to have to replace the flooring at my cost. If anyone knows a great lawyer for something like this I am in the market and WILL be pursuing legal action. See photos for just a small indication of the damage they are stating is not covered. One order had 10 year warranty and the other 50 year warranty."
