"Most of the facility is just fine. However, the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. They were already gross in the morning and now there is no water at all to either of the men’s or women’s restrooms. The entire gym smells like urine. If you’re gonna charge people to come into a tournament, I would think restrooms might need to be at least usable. Today is a GSE (GradeSchool Elite) tournament, and I would hope they could do something about it."
"One of the WORST atmospheres in youth basketball. The odor hits you right at the door. The bathrooms had no running water in toilets or sinks. Toilets had resting pee and feces. Coaches PLEASE don’t book another tournament here. Parents will GLADLY pay to go somewhere else. 10/14/23"
"Just arrived after a long drive for my son's basketball tournament. Early in the day and already the toilets are out of order. Non flushing and no water at the sinks to wash up. Luckily I came prepared with wipes, Kleenex and the possibility that I'd have to leave the event to drive miles away to use a toilet! The whole place stinks of sewage and the big fans they have going are of no help! The bathrooms are a disgusting mess, flooring coming up in places as well. You would think to even operate and sell food at the commissary the law would require them to have proper bathrooms and running water! The only decent thing are the courts. Very sad that our kiddos, and spectators have to pay at least $15 a day to sit( if you can find a seat) in a facility that is quite frankly unsafe for all. Heaven forbid there is a fire. I'm thankful to not be here when other reviewers were here when is was 100 degrees outside. Temp is bearable outside today, so inside it's ok, just very smelly and disappointing! Zero stars from me, the owners regardless of where they reside should be cited and fined, or closed down until all issues are properly resolved."
"This place is so horrible. This is my second time being here for a basketball tournament, both times was a horrific experience. Rest room was so nasty I came home and took a bath in bleach, to sanitize myself. The health department need to shut the place down. People have small kids it’s not even safe to walk around. Someone in a wheelchair would have a difficult time because of the wood on the floor that supports the basketball goal. You are Making money a least clean the place. No stars"
"I wish 0 stars was an option here. There is nothing positive to say about this location. The facility is filthy, the bathrooms are gross, the concession stand is awful. The temperature is either freezing or your burning up . The manager is RUDE. This is Texas, AC is mandatory for your guests to be comfortable. Propping one door open does not constitute AC and does not adequately cool your gym. This place is a joke!"
