"We called in the morning and were told that we could make a reservation for 2 people at 11:30, so we arrived earlier than 11:30, but they didn't seem to know that we had made a reservation, and after waiting for about 5-10 minutes, they told us that the chair was ready and told us to come in so we could get a pedicure. As I was sitting, a person came first and started pedicure to my friend and made me wait for about 40 minutes without saying anything. I was starting to get more and more annoyed, so I thought about canceling, but I sat down and decided to wait a little longer, and my friend had already started, so I had no choice but to wait. In the end, we did get a pedicure, but they never said sorry and our plan fell through and we ended up staying here for over an hour. I don't understand why they are taking reservations when there is no one to work. Do you not care about customers' time just to make money? Also, the man who did my pedicure kept sniffling and coughing in front of me, which was really unpleasant. I will never come back. I absolutely do not recommend it."

"This is my first time being here, i decided to go here based on reviews and how close it was to my job. Chelsea did my nails and did an amazing job! despite me having very weak and fragile skin she did not make me bleed at all, she was very gentle and nice. i went in without an actual idea of what i wanted and she helped me decide what to get! she did an amazing job and her customer service was amazing! the salon was also very cute and quiet!"

"Love this Nail Salon! They are fast, clean and so sweet! Nancy always takes her time on my massage!! It's a dream! Chelsea and QT both are very quick doing Dip on my nails. I love that the Salon is light and airy and not cramped and cluttered. I go every 2 weeks!"

"My Nail Tech that I always see here is UT, she is absolutely amazing! She’s very sweet and friendly, remembers your name and greets you at the door. She makes sure that I have the perfect shape for my nails and finger length/width. She always tells me her professional opinion when I show her photos to ensure that I get the best nail style and color made for my skin tone/eyes/hair/etc. she is very well trained at what she does and is definitely a pro at it! I never doubt her and I love all of the recommendations she has ever given me. I never have had good luck at nails salons I leave very unhappy, I feel rushed, they laugh at my designs most of the time. But UT, has never ever made me feel that way. I feel more in love with my nails every time I leave there she just goes above and beyond. She is someone who asks questions along the way, provides her professional advice, and takes her time to ensure you are the most pleased with her artistic outcome. I highly recommend this place and even more highly recommend my nail tech- UT!!"
