"Recently rented 3 kids tables and the chairs for my sons birthday party. They arrived a day prior to the event so that went smoothly. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of them. I had to spend a good hour hand wiping all of them down before bringing them into my home. The tables had grass and dirt all over the legs. I just did not really have time for all that when setting up. I did reach out & was offered a $50. credit toward a future rental. Would obviously rather have had it taken off what I had already paid."

"Future customers please read fully Update: The owner commented on this review, left me an email address asking me to reach out and I tried to respond but the email address is wrong so the problem never got fixed! Future customers BEWARE! They are tricky here. ** Not sure where to start but please take time and read. If there was a zero star option i would choose that one. I will never use them again. 1. The manager is the rudest and has zero customer service skills, the management refuses to call me back and just talk out the situation like a grown adult. We never spoke on the phone. I have rude text messages from him as his way of talking to us. 2. Be VERY careful and look over your invoice very closely. I called them & I spoke to one of their employee I repeatedly told him what I wanted to order, I wanted one bounce house and the PACKAGE deal for 2 tables & 16 chairs they advertise for $49.98. And on the day of delivery I did not receive what I ordered. They were missing a table, so I asked the delivery guy where the second table was, he told me hold on one second and he made a phone call, then came back to me and told me that my table would be delivered the next day, I said OK perfect I said goodbye and I tip the guys. Well they ended up CHARGING my card again for $32.45 even though I had purchased a package deal of Two 6ft long tables with 16 chairs. So basically I paid twice and THEY REFUSED to give us back the $32.45 back. Actually they won’t even call us back and have a five minute conversation. All I wanted to do was to have a conversation and explain our end. They mess up!! Actually the manager in a text to me, BLAMED ME for this mistake, I don’t work for you, I trusted your employer who took my order to do his job correctly."

"I have used jump and joy party rentals for the last 7yrs and have had nothing excellent service. The winning feature is the amount of time you get with your rental and the amazing quality of the bounce house."

"WHAT A PARTY!!! Jump and Joy rentals really came through! We had a hiccup at the beginning with what was ordered but they took care if it and then some! The kids AND ADULTS had A BLAST! When the slide portion wasn't being used, the littlest kiddos used the platform as a jump house. The guys that delivered and picked up the unit were awesome and were patient with us as we asked a bajillion questions. We will DEFINITELY be using them again!"

Every piece of equipment has been in like new condition and I know they constantly update their pieces and buy new slides and houses. Highly recommend!"
