"Went into the store to get stuff for my grandson. Heard the clerks talking by the counter as I was walking up to pay and heard the man say he was not going to help a lady find light bulbs because she looked shady. Just so happens I was buying LED light bulbs...do I look shady dude? Even if I did I am the customer!!!! It is very hard times out here and we cannot be the judge of others and how they look. Just saying. Will not be back to this location. Asking for a manager!!!!!"

"Our New Store manager Richard Ricon is the best manager the store has had. All of our merchandise is on the shelves and not in our receiving area, where it never gets displayed. He should have been promoted to our store 3 years ago."

"Whenever using your debit cards credit cards or anything at this store please be very careful I came in on Thanksgiving Day made a transaction for a $50 cash rebag their systems gave an error they told me that they could not give me my cash back but if I come back once the charges are no longer in pending that they will be more than happy to give me my cash back well here we are today on Monday after Thanksgiving the funds have cleared the account I have brought the receipt and the proof that it is clear I have also called my bank and had my bank on the phone with them for my bank to tell them that it was not a banking error but it was a family Dollar processing error and whom ever they use to cover their ATM machines and bank machines and cash register but the funds very well did come out of my account they did clear and these funds are old to me now I have to wait for my bank to do a fraud report and put the funds back in my account when everything shows that this money is due to me from family Dollar so now I will be making a police report I'm waiting on SAPD as we speak but please be very careful with your money when you come to this location because it is very fraudulent someone has my money here it was shown to be taken out the bank says it was taken out it was paid to them so now I have to jump through the hoops to get my funds back do not come to this store if you can help it if you have another option take that option"

"If I could give this store no stars I would. I went in for some snacks on my way to work and the manager was rude AF. She has white hair and I ask the other employee her name and she said it was Irene I think. That lady has no business working there if she cant treat her customers with respect. I really hope corporate does something about this cause it isn't the first time she has been rude to me. I will be posting this on all my social media platforms to get the word out so mu friends and family will not shop there anymore. I will drive out of my way to another family dollar where they treat customers better."

"It's a good place to go and get some quick items while you're on the go. I do like their toilet paper because they carry a lavender scent which I do adore. For $10.50 for a 32 roll is a real good price in my opinion. Also I like their gum that they carry for a dollar. Those will only be the reasons why I will continue to shop there."
