"My best friend and I went for nails and pedicures, the MANAGER worked on my friend nails. Both nail tech and pedicure person were making very hateful comments to and about my friend. The nails looked nothing like the photo. We asked the manager to change it make it right she got upset because she was asked 3 times to fix it. The manager then walks away from us threw towels and her supplies. She came back started yelling at us telling my friend to leave ripped the towel off of my friends' hands after another employee started to soak them off, the MANAGER told her to soak own nails off at home!!!! Then kept coming back talking trash to both of us. Trash place do not and will not recommend. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Horrible excuse for a nail salon."

"I have gone multiple times to this salon. And it's always been great. However, this last time I went I got my usual almond shaped french dipped nails with gems. I always came to this salon because they would NEVER charge extra for gems or the shape. And this time they did and without telling me. I called and asked why I was over charged if I have gotten the same design and gems in the past and i was never charged extra for the French tip, the almond shape, or the gems. All they said was that they would give me a call back to explain. If there happens to be a price change or an additional cost or something, they need to disclose that before. For example, if I say " I want to do a coffin shape with diamonds on top" , IN THAT EXACT MOMENT they need to let their customers know the additional cost, and say, " yes mam the coffin shape will cost this much extra and the diamonds will also cost this much extra". However, like I said I didn't even expect to be charged extra because the past few times I have come to this salon they never charged me extra for the shape or the gems. And if they were going to cost extra they should have disclosed that and said that the moment I asked for the shape or the gems."

"The pedicure was great! It's neat inside. My dip looked bubbly from the beginning and it had bumps in the nails ( not smooth) To her defense, I was getting a pedicure while she did my nails... But the $ wasn't worth my dip mani. The pictures below are from a week from going in. They already chipped and are unsticking from my nails."

"I love this place! It's been so hard trying to find a place for nails and pedicures that I actually like. Harry the owner is excellent with customer service, is patient and so friendly! Peter is great at pedicures and love love love his massages!! Peter took the time to get all of the little areas on my feet that bother me, very detailed in his work! Tran did a great job on my fiancé feet and eyebrows. My nails came out wonderful for the wedding!! I wish I got my nail ladies name but she was very good at the details!! Thank you so much for a relaxing time! This is my new nail place forever!!"
