"My regular nail tech wasn't in today for my scheduled appointment, my first mind said leave yet I stayed. Here comes Cody, he was really rough with the drill, so rough that he broke one of my natural nails. Bye Cody, here comes Kelly, she was very gentle with the drill yet did not dip my nails with the clear dip coat she claimed it didn't need it...what? My nails are very thin and are NOT uniform. One hand looks way different than the other, (shaping) She didn't apply any oil to my cuticles. At this point I'm so ready to go. I get to the register to pay and the screen said $50.00....what, and why is it $50.00, because of your length and shape, what? I have been a regular here with Helen for 11 months and I have never paid more than $40.00 and my nails have been much longer than they are now. Your tech broke one my nails, where is my discount and or compensation for that, I said. Then you want to over charge me because you feel like it. The ticket I filled out said $40.00. I don't have time to argue. Terrible customer service. When the service is going to be more than the customer initially expects that is something you convey to the customer before services are given not after, allowing the customer to decide to proceed with the service or not. I am very disappointed and will NOT be returning to this nail salon. Learn to treat people with respect."
