"The search of a great Barbacoa place in Harlingen has turned up GARZA! The prices are a little high but the QUALITY is too. We ordered 1lb of Especial and 1lb de Lengua. Outta the both, the lengua was tender and juicy. We like to mix both but the lengua knocked it out. The Verde Salsa was delicious and spot on. Tortillas, soft and warm. Line by 7AM but it was fast, 15mins wait. Dress them up with onion and cilantro."
